Silva Winery Red Sweet Wine Liastos 500ml

Single varietal wine from Liatiko.

To make this special wine, the grapes had to stay under the sun for 6-8 days, thus giving them the aroma and sweetness they need.

Aging of the wine for 15 months in American and French barrels gives it a full flavor with characteristic aromas of raisin and vanilla followed by aromas of caramel and chocolate.

The sugars are in perfect balance with the acidity for a pleasant finish with a long aftertaste.

Served at 8-10°C.

• Vinification: Grapes stay for 4-5 days in the shade. Fermentation with native yeasts at a controlled temperature in stainless tanks. It is then matured in French oak barrels for more than 5 years.
