Extra virgin olive oil of a variety produced from Makris olives with very low acidity. Strict environmental regulations are followed throughout the production process of this exceptional extra virgin olive oil.

Coming from our own olive groves, which are certified organic by the Hellenic Organization for the Inspection and Certification of Organic Products (DIO), the olives are harvested in mid to late October. The oil is extracted in our organic certified mill on the same day.

The advantage of our extra virgin olive oil is that we have complete control over every single stage of the production process from the cultivation of the olive grove, the extraction of the oil in our own olive press to the bottling in our facilities. In this way we can guarantee the constant quality of our oil.

The Cyclops olive mill is located in Makri, Northern Greece, among one of the oldest olive groves in the Mediterranean, a stone’s throw from the cave of Homer’s Cyclops (Kyklopas in Greek).
