Ingredients:
• 283 ml of milk
• 2 eggs
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
• 184 g of flour
• 3/4 teaspoon of salt
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder

Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until frothy. Add the olive oil to the mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Gently pour the dry ingredient mixture into the bowl with the milk and eggs and mix until just combined.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 15 minutes.
- Cook the pancake batter on medium heat until they turn golden brown on both sides.
- Finally, garnish the fluffy pancakes with honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
