The result of this combination is a royal meal with excellent taste, digestible and hearty.

Petoura has many uses, either as a main course or as accompanying, special meat dishes. In any case, they are unique.

We put them in salted boiling water and mix them gradually for about 12 minutes.

The combination of mushrooms and pasta is not random.

The resulting combination has an excellent taste and dramatically increases the nutritional value of pasta, while not adding to the caloric intake.

The reason for the sharp increase in the biological value of museum pasta lies in the fact that blending cereals with mushrooms yields proteins of extremely high nutritional value, similar to animal proteins, without toxins, fats and cholesterol.

Pasta with mushrooms of the museum contains about five times more mushrooms than most similar products on the market.

We collaborated with the University of Thessaly and in particular with the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in order to create more delicious products but also to highlight the nutritional value of mushrooms and their inclusion in the daily diet.
